The service

Casolda is a marketplace that matches businesses with AI agents built by independent creators, configures those agents, and hosts them as embeddable chat widgets. Casolda is currently in beta: features may change, and payments run in Stripe test mode — no real charges are made during the beta.

Accounts

You need an account to use the dashboard, and you are responsible for activity under it. Business accounts deploy agents; creator accounts publish them. You must provide accurate information and may not share credentials.

For businesses

  • Each deployed agent includes a monthly free-message allowance set by its creator. When it runs out, the widget pauses until the next month or until you subscribe.
  • Subscriptions are per agent, billed monthly through Stripe, and can be canceled anytime — access continues to the end of the paid period.
  • You are responsible for how you use agent output with your own customers, including any disclosures your jurisdiction requires about automated systems.

For creators

  • You keep ownership of your agents and prompts. By publishing, you grant Casolda the license needed to configure, host, and operate them for matched businesses.
  • You earn 85% of subscription revenue from your agents, paid via Stripe Connect. Casolda retains 15% as a platform fee.
  • Agents must not be designed to deceive, collect data unlawfully, or produce content that infringes others' rights. We may unpublish agents that break these rules.

AI output

Agents generate responses with large language models. Output can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation — it is not professional advice, and neither Casolda nor creators guarantee its accuracy. Review anything important before relying on it.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" during beta. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Casolda's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination & changes

You can close your account anytime by contacting us. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. We will notify account holders by email before material changes to these terms take effect. Questions: contact@readdlytech.com.
