What Casolda is

Casolda is an AI agent marketplace: businesses describe a problem, we match them with an AI agent built by an independent creator, and the agent is deployed as a chat widget on the business's website. This policy explains what data that involves.

Data we collect

  • Account data — your email address, name, and role (business or creator) when you sign up, including via Google or GitHub sign-in.
  • Business descriptions — the problem descriptions you submit for matching, and the structured needs our AI derives from them.
  • Chat transcripts— when a business deploys an agent, conversations between that agent and the business's website visitors are stored so the business can review them. If you are chatting with an embedded agent on someone's website, your messages are visible to that business and processed by our AI providers to generate replies.
  • Leads — if you share contact details with an embedded agent (for example to request a callback), they are stored for the business you contacted.
  • Usage metrics — message counts per deployment, used for free-tier limits and billing.
  • Payment data — handled by Stripe. Casolda never stores card numbers.

Who processes it

We rely on a small set of processors: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments and creator payouts), and AI model providers (currently Groq; optionally Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or xAI depending on the agent) that receive conversation content to generate replies. We do not sell personal data or use chat content for advertising.

Cookies

We use authentication cookies to keep you signed in, and the embed widget stores a random visitor identifier in your browser's local storage so your conversation can continue across page loads. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Retention & your rights

Account data and transcripts are kept while the related account or deployment exists. You can ask us to export or delete your personal data — including transcripts where you were the website visitor — by emailing contact@readdlytech.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. Material changes will be announced to account holders by email.
